We love dogs, cats, hamsters, turtles, snakes and also spiders. However, we ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed.

Watching our website you may noticed that we are not a normal standard-hotel. Consequently we do not have a conventional reception with bored telephonists. We prefer to focus on those things that make your holiday truly memorable.

Bike & Ski rental
Within walking distance you can rent a bike or skis.
Prices per bike and day: 10 - 20 Euro
Prices per ski equipment and day: 20 - 40 Euro
Bike & Ski Depot
We ask you to leave your bikes / ski equipment in our bike / ski depot.
If skis, bicycles or buggies are parked in the apartment, a cleaning fee of Euro 100,- will be charged automatically.
Baby cot, high chair & fall out protection
In our self-service rental you can rent a highchair & fall out protection free of charge at any time.
The rental is well equipped. A reservation is not possible.
There is a cot in each of our apartments. A second cot is not possible in the apartment for space reasons and therefore cannot be provided by us. You are welcome to lend a free fall out protection on site.
Bringing your own cot is not permitted.
Laundry
You will find a laundry with washing machine & dryer. The laundry detergent is at your disposal.
Weather
Our holiday village lies at 1,100 metres above sea level in a special microclimate.
Therefore there are very few reliable weather reports.

Prices
The earlier you book your chalet apartment, the cheaper your prices will be!
Prices will be calculated per apartment and per number of persons.

Arrival and departure days: Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday
Minimum stay: 3 days (excl. New Year's Eve, Carnival and August)
Summer season: mid-June to early September

Would you like to spend your holiday in an apartment by the river or next to your friends?
Then book your desired apartment.
You prefer to be surprised? Then do without this offer and
our booking system will randomly allocate an apartment to your category.
In order to book the offer as cheaply as possible, we recommend the "desired apartment".
Offer to book directly at the time of booking.
In case of a later booking, the surcharge for the offer increases.

If, exceptionally, something does not correspond to the services described by us
and you therefore do not feel comfortable with us, you can leave within the fi rst 3 days of your holiday.
We will refund the entire apartment price without any ifs and buts.

Online Check In

Booking number & pin is listed in your booking.
Deposit & payment
To fix a booking it is necessary to make a deposit within 3 days of booking - usually more than 30% of the total amount - free of charge. All detailed information will be sent to you as soon as the online booking has been completed.
Only after receipt of the deposit and the completion of all guest data and the following written
confirmation the reservation is valid.
The balance is due 14 days before your arrival by bank transfer.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning is already included in the price. So you don't have to calculate an extra charge like in other apartments. An intermediate cleaning of the apartments during your stay is not planned.
This service is not offered in our Family Chalet Resort.
Occupancy of the apartments
A stay in our apartments is always possible for as many people as indicated in the reservation.
It is not possible to arrive with more people as agreed during the reservation process. Conversely,
the full amount must be invoiced if fewer people arrive than indicated in the reservation.
Type A, B and C apartments are "single family apartments" and can therefore only be booked
by one family at a time. It is not possible to live with several families in one of these apartment types.
The apartments of type D, E, F and G can be occupied by one or two families.
It is not possible to reserve one of these apartment types for three or more families.
Bookings & Invoices for companies
Bookings at our resort are possible exclusively for end customers.
Travel agencies, travel agents or similar third party intermediaries are not allowed
to make bookings for customers through our website.
Each family will receive an invoice in the family's name after the stay.
Changing invoices to company addresses is not possible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Change, Cancellation & Full Flexibility

You can reschedule your entire booking
till 14 days before your arrival within the same season.
(Fees may apply)
Cancellation policy for the covid special offer:
Up to 100 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount
Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
Up to 1 day before arrival:100% of the total amount
No Show/late arrival/early departure - 100% of the total amount.
Fees for changes
We know how tourbulent life can be. Especially with family and kids.
In case you need to change something on your booking, we are more than happy to do that for your.
Please regard, that we have to charge for every change Euro 150,-- per apartment.
Thank you for your understanding.
Refund of deposits:
Eventual deposits cannot be re-transferred.
In caso of a difference between cancellation fees and deposit,
we will refund the differnece with a voucher for the next year.
This cancellation policy is valid for both contracting parties.
Modify your booking
When changes are made, the current daily rate is always billed.
This can lead to price increases.
Additional persons must be notified at least 10 days before arrival.
The surcharge will always be calculated for the entire stay.
It is not possible to host persons for just "a few nights".

Arrival and departure

Arrival & highway toll
Here you can find all the information you need for your arrival to Alta Pusteria.
A vignette is only necessary if you use an Austrian motorway.
What if you arrive too early or too late?
If you arrive earlier than the arrival time you have booked, you can use our Funhouse
are at your disposal.
If you arrive after 18.00, we will prepare an envelope with your key and detailed explanations. So you can arrive 24 hours a day.
Check OUT
On the day of your departure simply leave the apartment within 09.00 a.m. and throw the key into our Check Outbox.
You want to stay a little longer? You are welcome to use our entire Fun-House free of charge until 15.00 on the day of departure. But please leave your apartment punctually at 09.00 o'clock. In house 211 you have large cupboards at your disposal, where you can lock all your suitcases.
Parking & access by car
For the cars of our guests we offer a free parking lot with sufficient parking lots directly in front of our holiday village. It is not allowed to park cars inside our holiday village, in front of the neighbouring residential building or in front of the shops in the shopping area.

Check-In time

In the booking process, we offer the possibility to book your desired check-in time.
If you have done this, you will find the time when your apartment is ready to check-in, in your booking.
If you have not done so, your apartment will be ready for you from 16:00.

- Induction hob with 4 plates (Attention: Only induction-capable pots work!)
- Extractor hood
- Crockery: from soup plates to salad bowls to coffee service
- Extensive glass assortment: water, beer and liqueur glasses
- Cutlery - pots and pans
- Kitchen utensils: from cooking spoons to potato peelers
- Kitchen machines such as filter coffee machine, Italian espresso machine, microwave with grill function and electric kettle.
- Refrigerator with small freezer compartment - Dishwasher - Cleaning utensils: from broom to scrubbing brush.
We ask you to bring your own oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tabs, rags and tea towels or to buy them at the local supermarket.
Not available: Oven & capsule coffee machine
Towels & bed linen
When you arrive at the apartment you will already have your first towels and bed linen.
Once per stay you can take fresh towels and bed linen free of charge from our laundry station in house 211.
We ask you to bring your own bathrobes and kitchen towels if necessary.
W-Lan, hairdryer and toilet paper is available free of charge in every apartment
Baby cot, high chair & fall out protection
In our self-service rental you can rent a highchair & fall out protection free of charge at any time. This is well equipped. A reservation is not possible.

Additional furniture
Our apartments are very well equipped and offer everything a family needs for their holidays. It is not allowed to bring your own furniture or to dismantle or convert existing furniture.
People with disabilities
Everyone is welcome in our holiday village. Please note, however, that our apartments are not designed for people with disabilities and that we do not have barrier-free apartments available.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

We offer apartments on the first floor, which are booked bindingly in the booking process.
However, please note that each apartment has a single step at the entrance.
Our apartments do not offer special equipment, for people with disabilities.

The access to our holiday village as well as all our services, offers and infrastructures are exclusively reserved for our guests. For families who do not live with us, access to the resort - for visits by other guests or for other reasons - and use of our services and infrastructure is unfortunately not permitted.

Is the Feriendorf Hochpustertal the right accomodation for my family?

The Feriendorf Hochpustertal is the right accomodation for your family if:
- you would like to spend your holiday in a cosy chalet-apartment instead of a noble hotel room.
- you like to cook and to discover the culinary variety of the region and if you can do without the classic half board accomodation.
- a giant children's paradise is much more important for you than a large wellness and spa area.
- you would like to do your activities in a breathtaking nature instead of a smelly fitness centre.
- you hate long waiting periods and endless small talk at the Reception and you prefer a quick Check-In and a useful informational brochure.
If for your family a huge wellness area, a daily apartment cleaning, a 24h reception with concierge services, a half board accomodation, room service and other hotel facilities are very important, then we probably cannot satisfy your requests and we would recommend for your family holiday a family hotel. Then you have to calculate a higher price, but at the other hand you will get all the services you desire.

Fall-out protection, buggy, high chair and co. - What can I borrow on site, what should I bring myself?
|

A high chair and a fall-out protection for the bed can be borrowed free of charge in our holiday village.
In our "self-service" rental you can borrow what you need 24 hours a day.
There is no need to book in advance - as long as stocks last.
Buggies and back carriers can also be hired on site for a small extra charge.
Here too, pre-booking is not necessary - while stocks last.
If you need a baby monitor, a baby bath or other special utensils, please bring these items yourself.

Is the final cleaning included in the price?
|

The final cleaning is already included in the price - there is no surcharge as in other apartment structures. An intermediate cleaning / daily cleaning of the apartment is not provided.

Can I rent bikes on the spot?
|
|
Gladly you can rent a bike for you, your parents, your brothers and sisters as well as child's seats and Go-Karts in our own bike rental. For the bikes of your parents you should calculate approx. Euro 15,-- per day and bike, for your kids' bike and for the Go-Karts approx. the half.
