We invest for example our areas in a giant children’s paradise instead of a large wellness centre, we exchange the classic half board accomodation with an innovative culinary concept for families and we favour a great informational brochure as well as a quick and family-friendly Check-In over a classic reception with fixed opening hours and annoying waiting periods.
