CANCELLATION POLICY
90 days before arrival: 0%; for cancellations within 90 days before arrival we calculate EUR 50,00; 90 - 30 days before arrival: 20%; 30 - 14 days before arrival: 80%; 14 days and later before arrival: 100%. No Show: 100%. Apart from that the provisions of the "Österreichisches Hotelreglement" are valid. Therefore we recommend take out travel insurance.
DEPOSIT
We kindly ask you to send a deposit (30% of the total amount, excluding bank charges). Only after we have received the deposit, is the booking valid and we will then send you written confirmation. We recommend that you make the deposit via cheque (in Euros, non transferable, account payee only) or via bank transfer (excluding charges) to the following bank account: Osttiroler Volksbank, A-9920 Heinfels, account nr.: 30000521, bank code number: 40730 or with SWIFT-bank-transfer: IBAN: AT604073 0000 3000 0521, Swift Code: OVLIAT21XXX.
REST-PAYMENT
Preferably in cash. A small charge will be incurred when paying by credit card.
INFORMATION AND BOOKING
Arrival and departure is on a Saturday. On the day of arrival the apartment is ready for ready for occupation from 16.00. On the day of departure we would ask you to leave the apartment by 9.00 a.m. It is not possible to have more people staying in the apartments than the maximum number given.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Laundry: changing of the bedclothes and towels every 7 days (bedclothes for babybed are not available!), heating, water, electricity, final cleaning, Tv-set, telephone (direct dailing), safe, parking space, wood for the tiled stove, animation, babysitting in the miniclub (for children min. 3 years), on request: babybed (max. 2 years), all kind of baby equipment.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Cleaning of the apartment during the stay for type A: EUR 15,00; type B, C, D: € 18,--; tourist tax EUR 1,30 per person and day (children up to 11 years free); bread service in the morning: EUR 0,40 per bread roll; deposit for the apartment: EUR 100,00; family sauna: EUR 10,00 (2 hours); solarium: EUR 1,00 (ca. 3 minutes); use of washing machine: € 3,50; dryer: € 3,50; pets (dogs and cats; Please take care, that it is not allowed to leave your dog alone in your appartement. You will be responsible for all damages caused by your dog!): EUR 10,00 per day (without food); babyphone: EUR 1,00 per day.

On request, we can take care of your babies EUR 12,00/Hour/Baby.
